Q: Are there minimum order quantities requirements?
A: There are no minimum order quantities requirements. However, we prefer order with purchase amount exceed US $5,000. The reason for this is, if you are looking for small quantities for a low priced item, you may find that clearing customs, duty, freight, and wire transfer fees cost more than the item you are looking for.

Q: How does the shipping work?    
A: We usually quote your product with FOB a major port in Vietnam. We'll take care of everything in Vietnam, like shipping in Vietnam, taxes and fees; export documentation, custom clearance, etc.

You will need to arrange having the shipment delivered from the Vietnamese port to your door and bear all other expenses like shipping to your country, customs, document fees and inland transportation.
